Trend Setter Realty is a new concept in real estate companies.

Every real estate agent is an independent contractor sponsored by a broker. Normally they pay for that “right to practice real estate” at a real estate company through commission splits and/or desk fees or transaction fees among other charges. This “cost of doing business” hampers the agent’s ability to advertise and provide greater services for their customers.

Through an association with vendors and other support companies, Trend Setter Realty is able to waive fees for our knowledgeable, professional agents. Because our sales associates literally keep what they earn, they can afford to offer more services for their customers—surpassing the competition.
